Continental Truecontact tire review: test drive

Being fans of tires who have experienced many different tires including Continental TrueContact. We see that this tire is carefully designed with many technologies that provide quality grip, traction throughout the year. Besides, you can believe the manufacturer because it is one of the best in the world. In particular, you will have a very long warranty.

This tire is absolutely for those who are looking for a high-quality tire at an affordable price.

True Contact Tire review

However, being supposed to handle winter with snow, the TrueContact Tour could only really operate well in very light snow. It doesn’t have enough traction and stopping power for safety. Therefore, if you live in a nation that is very cold and snowy in the winter, you should use winter tires to ensure your safety. In the areas with mild winters or without snow, TrueContact Tour is always one of the best choices.

While I was prepared for the worst, my driving experience was nothing less than a pleasant surprise. With 3k miles of treadwear remaining and just before 6 inches of snowfall, these tires proved their mettle – allowing me to glide over plowed roads at 30 mph without any issues or slipping whatsoever! Driving on unplowed driveways later posed no problems either.

My satisfaction only increased with finding them in two successive sales (regular sale + Black Friday) plus an additional $70 rebate – what more could I’ve asked for? Needless to say, it has been a wise choice thus far.

I have been enjoying my Continental tires for the past month and driven an impressive 5,000 miles. I can sense a better grip when cornering or in wet conditions compared to conventional Michelin energy tires – there’s no slipping on acceleration even with rain! Best of all is that it has improved fuel economy; achieving 48 mpg consistently instead of 45 mph averagely with regular ones. Overall, these are some great quality tires!

After making the first tire purchase, I quickly recognized that my vehicle could not handle light snowy roads. So, without hesitation, I decided to install them right away – just in time for an upcoming series of snowstorms with 8-12 inches of accumulation!

Much to my delight, these tires had no problems navigating me through even the most difficult terrain and up high mountains so that I was able to get safely into work every weekend – absolutely overjoyed by their performance!

Upon upgrading my car tires, TrueContacts offer an elegant driving experience; they’re quiet and provide optimal maneuverability while still supporting great fuel economy in any climate conditions – rain or snow!

My son, a Florida college student, is the primary driver of my 2012 MINI Cooper Coupe. Although I’ve tried tires from different companies before with varying degrees of success and reliability in this car, our purchase decision for Continental TrueContact was ultimately vindicated!

While road noise became louder due to the coupe’s design characteristics – not reflective on these tires themselves – we still rate them highly overall.
