Cooper Adventurer HT review

Cooper Tires is a US-based company specializing in tire manufacturing with an emphasis on light vehicle and passenger car tire replacement tires. The company focuses on innovation to build well-performing tires that last for thousands of miles, including its line of Adventurer models. Check out this Cooper Adventurer H/T tire review in 2021.

The Adventurer H/T tire works with all SUVs, light trucks, and crossovers. It is a great choice for budget-conscious drivers who want a combination of dynamic look and guaranteed performance.

Cooper Tires adopted the most recent technology for building the Cooper Adventurer H/T model. The result is its dependable handling and year-round traction for a longer tread life and added ride comfort.

The advanced rubber tread compound inside this Cooper tire is infused with silica with a non-directional pattern. Not only does this enhance tread wear and durability, but it also boosts dry traction.

Moreover, the Cooper Adventurer H/T benefits from the combination of the unique R-Tech sidewall structure and the continuous center rib in this tire. This helps boost steering response and cornering stability on most terrains.

Thanks to the 4 large circumferential grooves, the tire can clear all the water from the contact patch for improved resistance to hydroplaning. The depth 3D micro siping and tread silica also enhance traction on slippery and wet surfaces.

The best thing about the Cooper Adventurer H/T is the added sipping to improve its traction performance on slush, ice, and snow.

Plus, the manufacturer has equipped the tire with Anti-Stone Retention to minimize stone retention and stone drilling. This feature is helpful if you often drive on gravel roads in a rural area.

Both LT and non-LT products from Cooper have a wide size range from 16 to 20 inches. This tire comes with a warranty for 65K mile tread.

Cooper Adventurer H/T Reviews: Pros & Cons

Pros
  • Solid performance in wet and dry roads
  • Smooth and comfortable ride
  • Great tread life
  • Budget-friendly
Cons
  • More noises on rough pavements
  • Not ideal for deep snow driving
  • Subpar ice traction

Cooper Adventurer H/T Test Drive

Although there is no highlight feature in the Cooper Adventurer H/T, one thing for sure is that it will deliver a solid performance for the years to come. Its wet and dry traction is brilliant while the ride is comfortable and smooth.

The noise created when driving is minimal, though it might be slighter louder than some other premium models. Also, the tire will grip well on moderate snow, but you might run into some traction problems while braking and accelerating in deep snow.

All things considered, we believe the Adventurer H/T tire from Cooper brings good value for the money. You will be able to enjoy its exceptional durability with a quiet, comfortable ride on most terrains without worrying about premature exterior wearing.

These were purchased to replace the oe michelin Latitude Tour on my grand Cherokee 2015. These feel exactly the same, and they are quiet, despite many rave reviews. They are beautiful. They are better than I thought. They are very easy to handle in both dry and wet conditions. They are great for Grand Cherokee 2015.

These tires fit my 03 Envoy perfectly. It’s only been six months, but the noise is still a problem. I may have bought another tire if I had read the negative reviews. They are very good in both wet and dry conditions. Although I thought the noise could be attributed to my alignment, I was assured that it was fine. I will have to wait to see what the wear is.

My daily driver is my 2001 F150 2wd. It’s a great vehicle, but it has logged a lot of miles. I had owned Mich LTX for the past two sets, but wanted to save money. I have always preferred LTX tires due to their long tread life and wear. These tires were recommended by a Pep Boys rep. They are also very affordable. They have only seen 10k miles. They have only seen very little wear. They have been great in rain and snow. They are older trucks so I don’t notice if they get “noisy”. They ride great and are very responsive. These tires are great for the price.

These H/T tires were purchased 6 weeks ago for my Dodge Ram 1500QC (2010). The tires were too loud for me to make a decision about. Because of the loud tires and vibration, I couldn’t hear myself thinking at highway speeds. The truck drove straight and was perfectly aligned. It made no sense. I hated and blamed the tires.

My front wheel bearing hub assembly was defective. I’d never heard of the sound of a worn out wheel bearing. It feels like a brand new truck after I replaced the hubs for both of the wheel bearings on my front end. They are quiet and very smooth to ride! Amazing!

I am very pleased with my purchase, and would recommend these tires for any truck or SUV owner. Although I have yet to give a full review, I wanted to let people know that these tires can be loud.

It felt very smooth the first time they were put in. To me, the traction was excellent. Turns were very easy for me, even at low speeds. It was comfortable to drive 70-80 miles on highways and felt as fast as if it were running slower. These are for a full-size 4 door F-150. I have no complaints about the noise. I don’t think there is any noise. It’s quiet, especially on the highway. They were discounted on black Friday at a price of $22 each. The cooper adventure h/t is a great choice for those who are looking for reliable tires and a budget-friendly option.
